The biscuit cooking problem is solved by a 360-degree spiral plastic belt curved cooling conveyor that uses only a quarter horsepower motor.
First, it rotates 360 degrees around the room. Although this is not completely unheard of, it is very challenging. The nature of the screw conveyor means that there is a lot of resistance between the plastic chain and the outer edge.
