4 Tips for Using the Ovens
It is important to use the oven correctly. Today as a ovens supplier, I will share 4 tips when using the ovens.
Convection Oven
Preheating is to make the oven reach the required temperature before the food is put into the oven. If the food is directly put in for roasting without preheating, at this time the heating tube is fully heated, the food will face problems such as uneven heating, water loss, and easy scorching of the surface, which will affect the quality. Of course, too long a preheating time will cause certain damage to the oven and reduce its service life. Do not exceed 10 minutes.
The bottom of some ovens can be detached for easy cleaning of oil stains and debris. Do not touch the heating tube with any food, and prevent oil, batter, etc. from dripping onto the heating tube, otherwise the oil residue will be roasted into carbon and adhere to the heating tube, which is difficult to clean and also affects the heating efficiency. It is best to completely wrap the barbecue with tin foil to prevent the surface from being burnt, and to prevent the oil from vaporizing and condensing on the inner wall of the oven. After baking, it is best to clean up in time to avoid accumulation. Don't touch the cold water to the oven door that has just been used up to prevent the glass door from exploding.
The oven is heated by heating pipes. Therefore, inside the oven, the temperature difference between the place near the heating tube and the center of the oven is very large. If the internal volume of the oven is relatively small, the food is prone to uneven heating during roasting-the food near the inner side may be scorched quickly, and the food near the outer side has not yet been colored. There are several ways to improve uneven heating: for example, take out the baking tray when it is halfway through, change the direction and put it back. Or change the position of the food in the baking tray. Cover a layer of tin foil on the surface of the food that has been colored too fast.
Ovens are generally divided into three levels: upper, middle, and lower. In most cases, please place the baking tray in the middle of the oven, so that the food can be roasted most evenly, and it is also convenient for you to observe the shape of the food and decide whether to adjust the temperature or turn the food over. If the oven has only two upper and lower levels, it is recommended to place the baking tray on the upper level. But remember to pay attention to the food in the oven from time to time to avoid over-cooking the food.
