The role of Cooling Tower

1. Cooling

Cool various baked and fried foods in two ways: Free cooling and forced cooling.

2. Awakening

We provide a precise humidification and heating system with circulating air, so that bread,  steamed buns and other food dough can be fermented on the surface of the spiral tower conveyor belt. In general, the supporting production lines are connected at the front and rear interfaces of the spiral tower, which can greatly improve the production efficiency for users and save space and space. The whole wake up process can realize unmanned automatic production through the monitoring system.

3. Quick freezing

Deep frozen spiral towers can be manufactured based on the purpose of frozen food, which are suitable for bulk and packaged food. Provide quick freezing solutions for bread, pizza, egg tarts, baked frozen foods, dumplings, won ton stews, and fresh vegetable and fish meat products.
